Privacy policy

Live In Marrakech is responsible for the data sent through the forms on this site. We use it only to answer your request: calling you back, arranging a viewing or sending you properties. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and message.
• Viewing request: name, phone number, preferred date and the property concerned.
• Request form: name, phone number, email (optional), project (buying or renting), property types, budget, areas, bedrooms, furnished or not, move-in date, reference location and distance, occupation, profile and notes (optional).

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through WhatsApp and follows its own privacy rules.

Technical providers

• Website hosting : Vercel Inc.
• Database (forms and listings) : Supabase
• Images : Cloudinary
• Fonts : Google Fonts

These providers may process data outside Morocco, solely to run the site.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies and no audience-measurement tool. Browser storage is only used to keep the agency team’s session signed in.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you can access your data, have it corrected or object to its processing. Write to us at contact@liveinmarrakech.com.
